    ERAs are the underlying physical reductions, generated through permanently plugged wells. SERIs package ERAs into investment-grade instruments, incorporating independent verification, parametric insurance and exchange listing for institutional investors.
    The initial Carbon Check audit typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. Insurance underwriting usually requires two to three weeks, while on-chain publication occurs on the same day as registry issuance. The total timeline from ERA production to a listed SERI is typically 8 to 12 weeks.
    BeZero Carbon independently evaluates carbon credits based on their likelihood of representing genuine, verifiable emission reductions. AAA is the highest rating, indicating the strongest confidence in both the environmental integrity and quality of the credits.
